You will no longer be renewing your certification in the NPA store. You will need to renew your certification with the National Phlebotomy Association Member Portal.
Click here to navigate to the portal --> Member Account. If you attempt to setup your account and you receive an error, please call to validate your email.
If you have not setup your account, we have created a guide to assist you with the setup process.
Certified Phlebotomist Technologist Certification Reinstatement
- $100Renewal Fee
- + $115 fee assessed for renewals paid 90 days past expiration date
If you are 90 or more days past your expiration date, you MUST pay the applicable fee to reinstate your certification. Please type your certification number in the Certification Number field.
It is up to the Phlebotomist to maintain their certification and pay the renewal on or prior to the renewal date.If the incorrect Renewal Amount is paid and a balance remains you are not compliant. When your renewal is processed, unless there was a documented error on our part, there are no refunds submitted. Please allow for 6-8 weeks for processing.
